All Sales Final
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once images have been purchased and/or downloaded.

Digital Delivery
Purchased images are delivered digitally via download. It is the client’s responsibility to download and store their images after purchase. Bixel Photography is not responsible for lost or deleted files after delivery.

Download Issues
If you experience any issues with downloading your images, please contact Bixel Photography within 7 days of purchase and we will assist in resolving the issue.
